Robert has over 10 years of experience in initial public offerings (IPO’s), mergers, acquisitions, divestments, leveraged buyouts, venture capital, structured finance and funds management in Australia, Asia and the United States.
Robert is a licensed securities dealer, chartered accountant and lectures in venture capital finance and initial public offerings in the University of Technology Master of Finance program.
