Rodney North
Rodney North has worked in the financial services industry for 20 years with leading roles in sharebroking, investment and funds management, as well as having extensive experience in company analysis, financial management and national promotion/marketing of financial products and services. Rodney has acted in high-level corporate advisory roles to a number of private and public companies at senior executive and board level, advising on communications and investor relations strategies.
He has been working with the financial press since the early 1980s and has run a successful broad-based communications business, Northwood Communications, for the past seven years. This company is the communications arm of the corporate consultancy business Northwood Enterprises, now in its 10th year of operation.
Rodney has high level contacts in many spheres of business and government. He has a unique ability to assist companies in gaining greater recognition and profile by his persistent and systematic approach to cleverly positioning a company with the media and wider investment community.
Michael Gordon
Michael Gordon has nearly 25 years experience as a sharemarket analyst. He has managed a number of research teams and for 10 years was the owner of Australian Equities Research Pty Ltd, Australia's leading independent producer of sharemarket research and analysis for retail stockbrokers. This experience, as both an analyst and business owner, has given him an outstanding appreciation of the issues of driving and managing growth.
During his career, he has researched and followed numerous companies in most industrial and financial sectors. He has constructed financial models, interviewed management and competitors, researched markets and industries, visited numerous manufacturing facilities and analysed financial, legal, technical and innumerable other reports.
Michael's particular strength lies in being able to quickly grasp the big picture, especially from complex and difficult information. He is also a well known and respected contributing writer to the popular Shares Magazine.
